Sales Excellence Coordinator
We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our growing team and assist with the progression of our smart quoting systems. This role will further specialize in the completion of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and related sales support. You will be responsible for working with both our sales and operations leadership to refine our processes and increase efficiencies. You will also be responsible for creating and managing RFP tracking systems, and for ensuring that client facing proposals are submitted on time and on brand.

What You’ll Do:
- Establish organizational process and execution in gathering tools and information in support of proposal efficiencies.
- Create and manage RFP tracking systems
- Ensure that all RFPs are submitted on time and exude our brand experience.
- Work in support of our sales and operational team leadership.
- Learn our CRM to maximize resource establishment and results.
- Review customer contracts and purchase orders to ensure compliance with critical company terms and conditions.
- Work with sales team on quoting process with a focus on optimal mix of third party and proprietary products and brands.
- Assist with local sponsorship and networking event submissions as needed.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales or a related field. Experience handling RFPs and customer contracts and purchase orders is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with NetSuite or competitive ERP/CRM a plus.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.

Business Development Specialist
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and educate targeted client connections within key market segments and geographies.
- Identify appropriate decision-makers and influencers and successfully develop and early relationship basis.
- Execute outreach via email, phone, occasional events, and relevant digital platforms.
Engage and interact via social media as needed in support of the role. - Build, maintain, and support meaningful business relationships.
- Secure first-time meetings with decision makers.
- Develop a deep understanding of our customers’ business drivers and goals.
- Effectively articulate and present company products and solutions as required.
- Craft client proposals; execute certain administrative duties as they relate to sales.
- Record and maintain all leads, accounts, contacts, and communication within the company system.

You will be responsible for both the ground-up development and nurturing of key Client relationships within the commercial fitness industry. Based upon your prior experience, this will include paring your skills with one or more market segments including health clubs, boutique studios, hotels, student recreation centers, corporations, multi-family housing developments, and anywhere our unique training solutions for exercise may be needed.
- Identify prospective clients from a variety of sources (known key accounts, lead response, events, referrals and beyond) towards the achievement of targeted sales goals.
- Schedule meetings with, and present to clients as required—you will primarily target clients receptive to creating specialized space(s) with an emphasis on movement-based programing and/or the equipment solutions that facilitate them.

Marketing Coordinator
Aktiv Solutions is seeking a well-organized, resourceful, and self-motivated Marketing Coordinator who is enthusiastic about fitness and design. Your role is a unique opportunity to make an impact with the Aktiv marketing team while also expanding your skills in creative, digital, social media, email, advertising, event coordination, asset management, and much more. The ideal candidate will excel in our fast-paced environment, have a full working knowledge and experience within all social media channels, be a savvy copywriter, skilled at creative content development, and possess general understanding of marketing, ideally related to both B2B and B2C enterprise. Candidates should be prepared and excited to contribute to marketing discussions regularly and thoughtful additions that will leverage our growing enterprise within the fitness industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Responsible for developing, designing, and implementing B2B and B2C social media strategies, including creative and copy writing, to increase online presence and improve marketing and sales efforts.
- Collaborate and support the design and development of digital creative content and collateral.
- Create high-quality digital and video marketing content that aligns and elevates the Aktiv brand and suite of products.
- Lead day-to-day management of social calendar and planning to ensure successful deployment and execution across various channels.
- Manage and nurture affiliate marketing program.
- Stay current on social platform updates impacting copywriting, community management and social media strategy.
